Effective July 15, 2026. Applies to boisesepticpumping.com.
Boise Septic Pumping is a lead-routing site. It receives the information needed to match a Boise-area service request with an independent septic provider. Do not send payment-card, bank, Social Security, medical, or other sensitive information.
Information you provide
The service form asks for a name, callback number, property address, requested service, and a short description. A call can create caller-number, time, duration, routing, and voicemail records. A voicemail recording is created only after the greeting says the call may be recorded.
Idaho Code § 18-6702 allows a recording when one party consents. Voicemail calls may be recorded for lead handling; the greeting gives notice before recording begins. Notice is still given before voicemail recording as a transparency practice and because callers may be located elsewhere.
How the information is used
Contact and property details are used to understand the request, return the call, identify the correct service area or regulator, route the lead to one independent provider, maintain an operational record, prevent abuse, and comply with lawful requests. Calling or submitting the form does not book an appointment.
Providers and recipients
- Independent septic provider. The routed contractor receives the details needed to contact you and evaluate the request. Its own privacy practices apply after receipt.
- FormSubmit. The contact form uses FormSubmit’s submission service to deliver the request to the operator inbox.
- Twilio. The published phone line and voicemail use Twilio infrastructure.
- Vercel. The static site and serverless voice endpoints are designed for Vercel hosting. Hosting logs can include IP address, browser information, requested path, time, and response data.
- Google Maps. The lazily loaded service-area map contacts Google when it loads. Google can receive the IP address, page information, and cookies under its own privacy policy.
Personal information is not sold to data brokers or distributed to multiple contractors bidding on the same lead. It may be disclosed when law, court process, fraud prevention, or system security requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This build sets no first-party analytics or advertising cookies and includes no analytics pixel. Google Maps is the only embedded third-party interface. A future deployment that adds analytics, advertising, session-level call tracking, or another embed must update this policy before that change is published.
Retention and security
Records are retained only while useful for routing, follow-up, business records, security, or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. No internet service can promise perfect security. Limit form and voicemail content to information needed for the septic request.
Deletion and questions
Call (208) 297-2198 from the number used for the request and ask for access, correction, or deletion. The operator can act on records it controls; a contractor or service provider may hold a separate copy subject to its own obligations. A minimal record of a completed privacy request may be retained.
Children and changes
The site is intended for adults arranging property service and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Material changes to collection or sharing will appear here with a new effective date.
There is no public walk-in office or mailing address. The service area is Boise, ID and nearby Ada and Boise County communities; privacy requests use the phone number above.
