Mon–Sat, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM · Urgent backup calls accepted at any hour
Call (208) 297-2198 during Mon–Sat, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. We accept urgent backup calls at any hour. If no one answers, the voicemail greeting gives the recording notice before you leave the details for a callback.
What to tell us
- Property address, county, and whether a sewer bill exists
- Tank size, compartments, permit drawing, and last pump date if known
- Whether the full manhole is visible and its distance from firm parking
- Gate width, grade, irrigation, snow, pets, livestock, and turnaround space
- Which fixtures are affected, pump-alarm status, field wetness, and recent water use
Who handles permits
Central District Health makes Ada and Boise County permit decisions at 208-327-7499. Southwest District Health handles Canyon County at 208-455-5400. We can handle contractor work, but only the health district can issue or finalize a permit.
If you do not know the tank size, say so and send the permit drawing later. Keep the lid closed until the contractor arrives. Mark sprinklers and pet fences along the hose path. Stop unnecessary water use while you wait for help with a whole-house backup.
Unanswered calls go to voicemail, where recording notice plays before the tone. The form is optional. Call for an active backup.
